You can friends, I don’t mean the add as friend option, but you can follow people, and meet friends, people here are nice.
No I think he means can he have friends he knows outside of here join him on this site.
You can be a follower to another user, or another user can be a follower of yours, but when you are following each other, you are “friends”.
