Freaked out - want his friendship back

So theres this guy, and we kinda had a thing, which wasnt really a thing, but was at the same time, which doesnt make sense but anywayz,

We had a big argument, and he left this club we go to, and I didnt talk tu him for about 2 months,

But now he’s come back to this club, but hes not really talking tu me at all, I mean he said I looked nice, but that doenst mean anything,

How can I get that friendship back that meant so much to me???
