fourwheeler accadent... again...

I flipped my fourwheeler… again… but this time I think its more serious my dads not home but I flipped off into a blackberry bush but two parts of skin on my left leg got hung on a stick and riped some skin off blabkberry bushes have stickers all over them so I got covered in them and I cant move my left arm what can I do because if my dad finds out im gonna get it taken away my leg is still bleeding how do I get it to stop and gow do I get all the stickers out is my arm broken
