What is fossil fuel used for in the production of beef?

Fossil fuel is used in
- building the stables (excavator and other machines are fueled with oil)
- transporting the feedingstuffs
- fueling the farmers tractor and similar machines (also when growing and harvesting feedingstuffs)
- fueling the truck that transports the animal to the slaughterhouse
- fueling the truck that transports the meat to the market
