This is for my lil sis shes beggin to ask so please answer 4 ha so she can stop buggin me Shaniya’s question:Why do people put other people in jail when they dont do anything bad sometimes???Im onli 7 I dont understand my big sister tells me its sometimes a misunderstanding but I dont know what that is can you help me without using big words

They thought the person did something wrong, but they made a mistake.

that depends if the are telling the truth. If you do something bad or wrong like taking something for somebody that you didnt pay for like a at a store than you can be put in jail. Or if somebody does harm to someone else they can also go to jail. But the judge who is on top of everything (the laws) can say if you really made a mistake. Hope that helps…

there are three types of people people A (the people that put the other people that didnt do anything bad in jail) people B (the ones that get put in jail) and people C (the people that are going to make my answer make sence)

People A sometimes put people B in jail that didnt do anything bad because people C are scared and somtimes just want to know that someone is getting in trouble for a bad thing that happened.

or

People A make a mistake and end up putting people B in jail by accident
