For Army Wifes

I am a writting a book on what it is really like to be an amry wife.. The thoughts that are in your head while you husband is deployed.. I am hoping that it would help future army wifes survive their first deployments. I am just wondering if their are any things that army wifes that have survived a deployment think I should put in there for the future amy wifes to help them survive.
