Football qb

I play football and im mostly always a pocket thrower I usually dont run the ball but only when I see a chance or I have too. Does anyone know any special tips on how to run the ball. I cant run that much know because of my bad knee (I dislocated my kneecap).

running as a qb is some times last resort but if you know what your doing its deadly… I would have to say if you drop back and notice the line pushed one way hard and most LB out searching for a pic I would say leg it that way and cut hard need side line if not just go plowing (depending on how big you are)

just run hard as you can an stay by the sideline if you can to run out of bounds unless you really feel like you can run over the opponent or fake him out if your in the middle just do a QB slide if not just lower your shoulder take the hit jump up off the ground and hope for the best the next play
