football practices!!! HHEELLPP

ok so we just got done with our 2-a-days and im sooo sore there is like no way to desribe it. and I don’t know what to do. im sore my whole body and we have practice in a coulpe hours so HELP please im desperate for advice lol

Kid, drink massive amounts of water, eat a banana, and just rest. I didn’t do football, but I had two a days in basketball, and those days I was so sore, I could not walk up 2 stairs. But yeah, the water will keep you hydrated for tomorrow, the banana will add some potassium to your body to prevent cramping, and finally all rest is the cure. I sure you guys stretch before and after so that goes without saying…

what you need to do is get ice and pour it in your bath and sit there for about 10 to 20 mintues do like as many sessions if you want. I play to bro I feel you on that . try strectching a lot and warming up to hell week sucks

Take a hot bath?? L0L that always helps mee when I’m sore not from football but from lacrosse or when I dew tew many laps when I’m swimming! Hot baths feel great when I’m sore :) Try that! Good Luck with practice! I’m sure itll b worth it when your one of the best football players there!
