Foods/methods that will help me gain weight
I signed up to a diet website and my goal is to gain 2 pounds a week and it said that I need to consume 3100 Calories a day to achieve my goal. Does anyone have any foods/methods that they can suggest to me? please and thank-you:)
I’m really confused. You signed up to gain weight? Ok… well to gain weight you do have to eat more calories than you burn. Also, you can get protein drink mix at the grocery store that you can add to your drinks. It will make you bulk up really quickly. Sam
