Foods? Hmmm, i wasnt suppose to eat blue M&Ms Apparantly they have dye on them. Uncooked fish of any kind, It could cause cleft pallet. Which is a Disformed lip problem that could happen to the baby. But you are suppose to have Iron. And lots of it.
You can have soda in moderation, my doctor said one a day was fine as long as your drinking water also. Spicy foods are fine as well, they may not sit well in your stomach but they wont harm anything.
Is it true, the food you eat while you're pregnant is the food the baby will grow up to love? I'm obsessed with rice and potatoes and my mom told me she ate a lot of that while she was pregnant lol
Any raw meats or egg - bacteria risk. Deli meats - unless you heat them up to kill the bacteria. Alcohol obviously. I never heard of the pineapple, i ate it all the time when i was pregnant.
