Food safe certificate

I would suggest looking in the phone book for a FDA location near you, they offer a quick test you have to take in order to recieve your certificate, also some phone books actually list the course itself.

At the dept of health in your town, and as jaz said you have to take a small test—usually a class first, some are on computer Pass the test, and its a food handler”s card

Food handler’s card? You’d have to look it up in a phone book or something under health and resources I think. Or, you can even ask the place your applying for if they know where it is. You have to take a small test but it’s easy.
