Flatter tummy?

Well.. I was wondeing what helps you get a flatter tummy because I hate that part of my body at the mo! Soo wud like too feel confident about it becoz I got me belly pierced hehe I’m startin tooo go to the gym agen but anyone know whatll help me get a flatter yummy? Please giv sum advice! Thanks :)

if you have a lot of fat on your tummy then try losing weight by dieting and cardio (like running on treadmil) and do crunches…I would say do about 100 a day. It doesn’t come easy but I know people who’ve done this and have had fantastic results (my boyfriend for example)

It doesnt matter how many crunches you do,what matter is how well you do them. Once your tummy starts to burn try and do three more.
