Flat head

My son is 14 month & still has a flat head he hasnt slept on his back since he was 6 months old! My health visitor just says it will come out eventually but I have seen a kid with a special hat for it. I dont want to be told its fine or his hair will cover it, it doesnt! It looks awful! Any advice???

I understand what your talking about my niece has a flat head 2 so the docs wanted her to wear that special helmet but my sis didnt want 2 so my niece still has her head flat but of course you cant tell cause of her hair but my nephew has it the same way only his is lop sided he didnt get the helmet either but you cant c his head only if you pay attention real close other then that there ok
