Are Six Flag roller coasters safe when there's an earthquake?

Answer #1

I wouldn’t recommend anyone ride a roller coaster at any amusement park during an earthquake.

Answer #2

me neither. And if you meant afterwords, give them about a month to do repairs. Or until they reopen.

Answer #3

They used to say to go in an open area where there is not poles or buildings during an earthquake but #1 Who is going to reach in time? #2 What about all the buildings and poles you pass on the way and #3 What if the ground opens up? Basically the only safe place to be during an earthquake is alive. Its after the earthquake we must take precautions. Oh Yea and if you are good enough to predict an earthquake right before going onto a roller coaster, then i would suggest DONT!

Answer #4

Probably not–you should generally stay away from amusement parks altogether. My friend worked at one and saftey is often not the top priority.
