Does a peck on the lips count as first kiss?

Ok does a peck in the lips count as first kiss? Its not me its my friend she said she still haven’t had a first kiss but her ex gave her a peck in the lips. But thats still a first kiss right? I told her she has but she disagree. What do you think?

lol its not me its my friend:) she keep saying that she still havent had her 1st kiss yet but I’ve seen her ex kiss her and she said it doesnt count, she maybe be saying this because she didnt really like him… but yeh me? I’ve kissed a lot of times :)
