Where can i find this [online]game?

i used to play it a couple years ago, and i think you either crashed or dropped cars on people. it had police cars and stuff. i cant remember what it was called but i have the image in my head and i cannot find it at all. can someone help me please? ( if they can)

man, it is called nuclear eagle. i remember playing it a couple years ago and my gf screaming at me for it ( she loves eagles) haha
