where can i find model diets?

im trying to lose weight and i would like to lose 10kg in about 2 months. :D so i was wondering what are some diets that Models use?how much excersize should i use with them?? thanks!♥♥♥

Models dont use healthy diets….2 months is a reasonable amount of time to lose ten pounds and shouldnt be hard if your willing to put in the work. Just eat healthy, make your main drink water, and excercise to some extent daily. You can jog, do yoga, swim, tai chi, karate, go to the gym, pilates, dance workout videos usually do help too and they are fun.

It all depends on your body and how much you weigh. People who are majorly over their normal weight will loose pounds faster than someone whos only en or twenty pounds over weight. It all depends on your body….dont set goal just work hard and whatever you lose you lose.

First off don’t do something because a model does it.. All models are not necessarily leading healthy lives and normally famous people have cooks, nutritionalists and trainers monitoring them and keeping them very strictly etc. That being said there are healthy ways to lose weight that work and are not unhealthy. I am not at all affiliated with this company but my friends, family and I have done this cleanse with long lasting, great results. Search for neera super cleanse online.. i did it 3 times in the last year as well as other people i know and the weight stayed off! I did not workout on it except walking and swimming but afterwards I had a natural inclination to eat better and i did 20-30 min wii active trainer workouts 4-5 days a week and i had very good results. I did that cleanse first time for 14 days.. and the others were 10 days each. My brother did it for 30 days! my mom has done it and my friends. On the 14 days I lost around 13 pounds. I gained back 1 pound afterwards and then with my eating and workouts i lost more weight more slowly but it kept coming off. now one year later i am 60 pounds lighter and still going down gradually. You have already discovered the reason behind you wanting to lose weight. ‘’i feel fat and self concious’’ what you really need to do is work on improving your self esteem. if youi can fix that and feel better about yourself then you don’y needto lose weight to feel good because in the end it doesn’t matter if you lose 20lbs or 80lbs you will still feel how you feel right now.

she’s right about that but you could also be feeling yucky simply because you have lots of yucky things hanging in your intestines.. even skinny people do the neera cleanse because it cleanses your body of toxins without damaging it and then when they resume normal eating they are much healthier and their body would also automatically go to a normal healthy weight for them.
