How can I find a job in Texas, with a criminal record thats only a year old?

I don’t want to come off the wrong way — but — The same as anyone else finds a job…. Just keep going to places until you find one.

Sooner or later (depending on what the record is for) someone will hire you and get yuo going again.

Sucks to have done your time, and now it’s even harder to find work, but unfortunately it’s part of the way it is.
