Fight while pregnant

No, I didn’t want to fight. Let’s make that clear before I get “give your child up for adoption” or “your going to be a bad mother” BS. I was attacked by a drunk girl on the street for reasons unknown to me. I wasn’t hit in the stomach, and I haven’t cramped or spotted. Someone was there to break it up pretty quickly. I wouldn’t say it was a bad fight, the only real damage I have noticed was to my wrist while trying to block a hit. I think it sprained it. I can’t get to the doctor until my OB appointment in a couple days because my husband has the car. We just moved to a new area, so I don’t know anyone yet, and we’re too tight on money for me to pay for a cab. I am 16 weeks, and I just want opinions to either set my mind at ease, or prepare me for the possibility of a miscarriage.

It sounds like everything is ok and it’s good you have an appointment soon to talk with a professional. I’m glad nothing worse happened to you or the little one.

Answer #2

Not having any bleeding or cramps means you should be ok. When you do go to the gp tell him or her about it and see if they can do an ultrasound to see if its ok because stress from worrying will cause more harm than anything. hope your ok and I hope the person who did this to you gets her karma back to her…

Answer #3

you should be fine as long as your stomach didnt get hit and you havent had any bleeding.I used to get in fights in school all the time when I was pregnant (didnt want to)but it would happen and my daughter is fine.
