Feeling of being watched...?
ALL the time, I feel like im being watched. In plain daylight, in the dark, day, night, public, private, even in the shower. Its REALLY annoying and scares me. It started about 3 years ago, and hasnt stopped since. Just wondering if its just me, or if other people have felt this too… Please tell me if you have ever felt like this!!
I always feel like this but I just try and cope with it

Yah all the time it really starts to freak me out but I’ve gotten used to it because it has been happening since I was a kid.
I think you are a little paranoid…has anything happened to u? have you been grabbed ducktaped and raped? if not then I think your mind is playing tricks on u..as you say it feels like you been watched in the shower…have a look around and see if there any cameras in the walls or roof…but I think its just u…this emotinalxoxomcr is a idiot and is paranoid also…soz but maybe go to a guidence councler and get some help
