When you feel like you lost yourself, how do you get back to normal?

Answer #1

Seek a quiet place to be alone with your thoughts/faith…go over your blessings/your positives/your negatives (we all have)….come out focusing on positives & make it a great day…one day at a time……

Answer #2

Yea, Thats What I Would Suggest Niky

Answer #3

My problem is that I also think too much , I even have to think to eat. Meaning , I think I’m gonna like choke on my food while eating . And even drinking water or any liquid in general

Answer #4

Take sometime to yourself and really think about how your life is going and what direction it is going in and if your okay with that. Hope things get better!

Answer #5

I think you should see a doctor…this sounds a bit above any of us.

Answer #6

There’s no norm, we all change as we grow older, day by day, every new bit of info changes something small. If I feel too way out there I start with music, it takes a bit of time but song by song I will go closer to what I like. You just need familiarity. :)

Answer #7

Workout. Feel the pump

Answer #8

If you have to think to eat then you might want to see a neurologist. Some of the actions of eating, to me, seem involuntary and natural so if you have to concentrate on doing them then that raises a red flag to me. Especially for water, maybe you have some kind of issue with your epiglottis. Either way you shouldn’t have to concentrate on eating so pass by the doctor’s office sometime soon.

Answer #9

Depending on what were some main events that happened that is making you feel this way..

Answer #10

And like Niky said, you are who you really are when you’re alone (:
