kid (between3-6) cry when he,s ill and dont eat anything at all, they must eat something for recovery, thats why i need help from any one who has answer of this question,it will be much helpful if the advice is from MOTHER
If its a stomach bug, chicken soup, saltine crackers, dry toast are all good to eat and can usually be held down easily. They also need plenty of fluids, water, pedialyte, and sports drinks are all very good for you when your sick.
pretty much whatever they want (within reason) if they really are ill they will feel miserable for themselves so if eating hobnobs withe chocolate spread on top and lemonade makes them happy, why not?
Also, since they are that young, pedialyte makes popsicles as well. They are loaded with nutrients and things your children need when they are sick and not eating well. My son loves them.
gatorade will give them back their electrolytes hot tea with honey and lemon will soothe the throat orange juice, water, salty broth helps thin mucus oatmeal
Feed them their favourite food or whatever they can manage and fancy eating. Not greasy if they have a sickly tummy.perhaps less food than usual.
soup crackers toast... also alot of fluides juice or gatorade helps anything that will soak up the extra acid
I wouldnt really say toast whith all the children i have babysat they got sick from eating toast...
Soup is the best bet.... Chicken broth and such sort.
