I’ve had pink and white nails for aprox 10 years… how do I get the original nail to grow healthy and strong aggain…
Your nails are going to be weak. Really weak. The only thing you can do is wait for them to grow stronger. Give it a couple of months.
Since you have had the fake ones for so long, its going to take at least a good month for your nails to completely recover.
You will need to wait for your nails to grow out. Keep filing them. You can buy hand and nail cream from any drugstore, use this daily to keep your nails stronger.
