Do you think it's fair that Lindsey Lohan doesn't have to go to prison until she finishes her photo shoot with PlayBoy?

If it were any other person, do you think this leniency would have been granted?

Answer #1

No way.. Most wouldnt care if you had kids to attend to before you sat out your time. When ya got money then you get “special treatment” and she is somehow wriggling her way out of her messes with just scratches,. I dunno how. but its not right

Answer #2

Jail sentences are sometimes delayed for personal reasons of the convict.

You do not have to look very hard to find lots of cases where the rich and famous get away with things most people can’t. The well heeled have resources the rest of us don’t. There is the old saying that life is like a crap sandwich; the more bread you have the less crap you have to eat.

Perhaps the judge was eager to see the fruits of Ms. Lohan’s labor.

Answer #3

Its unfair. If Lola was unheard of, normal and a working class girl she’d pay her sentence. Its ridiculous celebs are let off so easy. Chris Brown picked up trash to pay for horrible assualt. Justin Bieber caused a carcrash by racing and evaded authorities. He was let off with a warning. Maybe if our courts were more intelligent celebs would be judged fairly, Casey Anthony would be behind bars and the country would have lower crime rates. But no hope for justice there I’m afraid.

Answer #4

Honestly, I’m just waiting for the news to say she died.

Answer #5

I dunno what Playboy has seen in here to give her a break like that. People should stop treating her like a princess and throw her straight to jail. That’s one lesson she will never forget. I hope the justice system wouldn’t be so lenient with celebrities.

Answer #6

She needs to finish it. Period.

Answer #7

Your right, the balance to justice depends on who you are and what you have. If your the one without, and have to rely on a public defender try going in and asking for a delay because of a photo shoot commitment…LOL When you look at these high profile figures and how they are treated versus the same crimes by those who aren’t …it speaks for itself. Let alone those who sit behind bars or in some cases awaiting the death penalty for crimes they didn’t commit. The more you know about the fairness of the justice system, the more you question the legal systemand how it operates.

Answer #8

Fair enough
