Fact: they’ve raised nearly a half a billion dollars in financing..if they care about you, they’ll help :) If not, then, well, you know how much they appreciate you using the site.

Here, you can actually get a response from one of the owners…even if you hit the “contact” link, some of the time. As far as I’ve read, Mark Zuckerberg flies business class & doesn’t do “customer service”.
