mascara on just your eye lashes only top mostly because learned from a beauty technication not to put it on your bottom eye lashes…what I do is put eyeshadow under neath my bottom eye lashes in a small line..then on my top lid right above my top eye lashes…and use another shade of eyeshadow thats a little lighter for the rest fo the lid up to my eyebrow…I think you meant eye liner not mascara because people put eyeliner under their eyes.

I always put mascara on my top and bottom lashes, ALWAYS lol x

I put a little bit of glitter shadow under my eyes I think it makes my eyes look lighter and I put masacra on both top and bottom lashes

You CAN but you don’t have to. I put eyeliner (top and bottom), eyeshadow on top, and mascara on the top lashes and bottom. If you put shadow on the bottom, make sure you put a teeny bit or it’s gonna look like you took a punch. :)

shes right there are no rules…but its eyeliner that goes under the eye in a line. Mascara goes on the eyelashes..top and even bottom if you want…eye shadow normally goes on the eye lid to give it color. if you want more of a bold look you can put a very small amount underneathe the eye liner

im pretty sure you can do what ever you want with make up theres no rules =D
