I think it depends on you because some people only consider upper lip and cheek hair facial hair but also the word facial hair =meaning hair on your face??so its actually up to you but im guessing yess

Depends on if you got eyes tattooed on your butt. Could be considered butt hair.

yes, any hair on your face is facial hair but your most likley allowed to have eyebrows and eyelashes as most people do and moajority of society would consider you weird if you didnt unless its a very very strict job that wont allow any hair because it all falls off but its liky that they just mean no moustaches or beards it could be for a health reaosn if they fall in something like food it could even be a racial reason I dont know what they mean by it but if your unsure, just ask them

yeah, i meen if you think about it, its hair on your face. even if its above the eyes. but still. i do think it is facial hair, although it isn’t obvious
