Eyebrow piercing

So I was thinking about gettin an eyebrow piercing soon and I was just wondering does it hurt a lot or anything Like I’ve looked it up on the internet and on youtube and people have said that it doesnt hurt because its only a bit of flesh that it pierces through and no bone or cartilage

Anyways I really want to know like how bad the pain is…if it gets infected easily…is it hard to sleep on the side that uve had pierced…do they numb it before they pierce it…does it make your face feel a bit numb…and any other things that you think I should know about it.

Oh yeah and wats the right way in spelling “piercing” Is it p-ei-rcing or p-ie-rcing Lol because I never know! Thx ;)

okay… first peircings nver touch the bone! only skin and cartlidge now… they generally wont numb it, because its not a high pain area any pain ponly last for a few seconds you probably dont know that the eyebrow is a surface peircing this means that it will grow out it can grow out anywere from a month, to a few years…so there not permanent but you need to take them out when you notice the peircing comming out more or youll end up with a very noticable scar. also be awar that if dont incorrectly it can damadge an important nerve in your face, whick can cause your eyebrow to droop over your eyelid… so do get it done profesionally (a tattooist) the people at the mall or salon ar NOT profesionals …it doesnt really get infected you do need to wait about 3 months before changing it and it wont make your face feel numb, but it will be uncomfortable for a while if you sleep on that particulat side…

I suck at spelling but I think it is piercing.And my sister got it done and I was with her and she didnt even flinch.It didnt get infection at all,but make sure to clean it out all the time.My sister also said that her nose piercing hurt a lot worse than her eyebrow one…good luckk

Depending on your pain tolerance the only places that hurt really bad are the nipples and genitals… ear cartelage and septum of the nose is moderate. Tongue and lip dont hurt hardly at all, despite what you might think.

I think it’s piercing, but anyway. I got my eyebrow done. It didn’t hurt much at all, a pinch and it’s over. I’ve gotten other piercings as well, my cartilage, nose, bellybutton, and a few others.. The stud in my nose hardly hurt at all, but my eyebrow hurt even less. Honestly, your pain tolerance has a lot to do with it as well.

I didn’t get mine numbed, you can I suppose…Some places do it. lol. Really, I think the pain is part of the fun. Buttt that’s just me.

As long as you go to a professional, and take care of it afterwards it should be fine.

As for sleeping on the side you get it done, it can be a bit uncomfortable if you touch it too much. So I’d advise not sleeping on it..You aren’t supposed to touch it with much anyway besides a q-tip and cleaning solution. You can always ask whoever you get it done by as well.
