eyebrow piercing

DONT GET IT!!! I’ve NEVER EVEN HERD OF AN EYEBROW PEIRCING AND IT SOUNDS GROSS

They don’t look like crap… that’s stupid to say. NO piercing is gross or anything, they’re just forms of body art and self expression. Oh and by the way, not hiring someone just because they have a piercing could actually be considered discriminantion so I’d watch that if I were you. Lots of places hire people with piercings/tattoos. It’s not impossible to find a job just because you have piercings/tattoos.

If you want one, talk with your parents about it. See what they say… if they make a huge deal about it, ask them what the big deal is. Explain to them that as long as they’re professionally done and taken care of that there’s nothing wrong with piercings and they’ll be just fine. Also let them know that they CAN be removed if you’d ever decide you don’t want it in the future, simply take the jewlery out and never put it back in. If they still say no even after you’ve asked them several times, just wait until you turn 18… then you’ll be able to get it WITHOUT parental consent.

no, dont bother if your parents wont let you have one theres no point being an idiot and getting it done anyway its on your facce, and you cant hide your face they will easily see it also most jobs consider facial peircings unattractive and unprofesional and a schools with a dress code wont allow it what you nee to learn is that an eyebrow peirfing is a surface peircing it WILL grow out the amount of time if takes to grow out depens on your body and how you take care of it but usually they only last a few weeks-months to a few years and when it does grow out it will leave a very noticible and permanent scar and will probably deform your upper eybrow by leaving an indent because no surface peircing is permanent, they ALL grow out so theres a lot more to consider here than just “I want one it looks cool”

No. Just don’t, they look like crap on anyone, and you’ll also have a harder time finding a job when the time comes. I would never hire someone with an eyebrow peircing.

lolz well my mom said that when I move out then I can get it done. But I want to get it done this summer. Should I just go ahead and do it?

well when my sister puts her retainer in her lip I cant see it … so I think it would be the same with the eyebrow …

erm…im pretty sure you cant 0_o seeing as youll have a piercing sticking out your eyebrow. but one way could be to just go get it done and take it out whenever your around the house with them or something. im not entirely sure how you will able to pull this off lol. may I suggest talking to them and trying to get them to give you permission?

why don’t you move out or say you need some alone time and would prefer it if thet stayed away for a while? or dont get it periced without tellin them,any its your body you do wot you want wiv it

HEHe I have pierced my eye brow and lips luckily lips got found after a while. but eye brow bust in like 1 week time. I put a bandage over there, and told I had an accident. but one night I forgot to wear bandage and busted :P hehe but luckily now they are alright

I can give a advice where works v well on any piercing, after piercing if you can bare the pain, get it removed an replace with curry leaves. just d level … make sure you change it when the leaf dried off. this sure wil help. curry leave I mean the lil branch like thing holds the leaf. iam sure if you do this do doubt it wil heal fast and wont been seen hope I help

I’m fourteen and I had my eyebrow pierced a couple of months ago. I love my piercing and it’s really pretty. It didn’t hurt at all, just a pinch. It doesn’t leave a bruise, it’s only red for about ten minutes after you get it pierced. People who say it’s ugly and won’t get you hired are probably just really old people that think kids shouldn’t have piercings, but who cares :P

It won’t “grow out” or close unless you take the piercing out for longer than a couple days. The only things that I think are negative about eyebrow piercings is you can’t really see it unless you have side bangs, and if you get your hair caught on it or shirt it will pull it and hurt a little. And the last thing is if you don’t clean it if it moves puss will come out the side of the whole where the piercing is which is pretty icky :O

Hiding it would be hard. You could say you have a pimple or a scratch and put a band aid on it. Or you could cover it with your hair.. but I doubt it would work since your parents would most likely get suspicious about it since you were already asking them.

Annnd you’d have to do the piercing yourself, unless you have someone over 18 with you because they won’t do it if you don’t have an adult with you.
