Extra 90 days or not?

ok, so about 5 months and some change ago, I was driving my friend’s car and someone hit us. Basically, I only had my permit and the cop said I would get an extra 90 days until I got my license and took down info from my permit. Now, when I went to court a few months later, the judge only told me I’d have to pay the fine and didn’t even mention the 90 days. My original date to get my license is coming up so I’m wondering, do I have the extra days or not?

I got a 180 dollar ticket for not having my drivers license with me and the cop told me I could only get it reduced a little bit.. well when I went to court and showed the judge and prosecuter that I did have a drivers licence they dropped it completely and I only had to pay court costs. my point– cops over exaggerate to scare you. its not the first or last time I’ve heard a situation where a cop exaggerates. its whatever the judge says.

To clarify, I’d call the Clerk of Court Office and see what they advise.

yeah it’s whatever the judge says. cops are just pawns in the hands of the law.
