How to calm down before my exam scores come?

How can I calm down because my exam marks will known in a few days..?

Can anyone help me? I’m rather afraid although I had tried hard in the exam…

Please help me !!!

Dont think about the negatives you shud just keep positive, and revise for your test. dont tryv and cram it all in in 1 night just spread it out over a course of time and you shud do fine. Keep your mind off the work

you have nothing to worry about, if you tried your best your marks should reflect that.

something I use to calm down:

sit in a dark room and light some candles, and breath in and out slowly.
