Ex boyfriend...

So, me and my ex have been through a lot, and well recently (2 months ago I think) he started going out with another girl, I am completely devastated and I don`t really know how to cope, I still have a lot of feelings for him so its really hard. Please give me some help or ideas or something! Thank you so much.

It’s time to move on. Do things to get your head around what has happened and to get your mind off of things.

-Hang out with friends -Shopping -Get a new look, style, haircut, or makeover -Have an old fashioned slumber party with your friends -Lots of icecream! -Write down your feelings - it’s better to get them out then keep them inside.

Overall you have to remember that healing takes time. Don’t worry though - you will get over it.

Sweetie, trust me, I totally know how that feels. My ex broke up with me a year ago after a long, long time of dating and I was falling apart. I laid in bed all day, I never ate, I was always crying…I couldnt get on with my life and I definatly dont want that for you. I hate to say it but second go arounds usually never work out. And your young and are totally capable of finding someone else! It took awile but now I have someone who loves me very much:)
