it means you have a period every 28 days. you need to go to an online ovulation calculator they will teach you what you need to know. it will tell you when you ovulate.

well from what I have read and it worked for me…I tried for 3 or 4 months to get preg but anyways I read that the best time to get preg is the 14th day after your period. its when your body is most ready and well I don’t know how to really explain it that was a while ago lol but you can always try it..worked for me:) So good luck and I hope when you do, everything goes great and you enjoy your pregnacy.

also for got to say I was only 20 when I had my son..and it took me pretty much 4 months..so like if it takes a while dont stress:)

Your cycle is the amount of days from the first day of your last period to the first day of your next expected period, the average is 28 days but many womens cycle is off by a couple of days. If you have a irregular period, tracking your cycle days is pointless and you’d be better off using ovulation tests. You have to start tracking your cycle before you even know when to expect ovulation because you need to know the cycle length.
