lols my dad was born in the fifties and he liked lots of different music so i listened to lots of them

mainly the 80’s but the 90’s had really good music too :)

I think the 50s,60s,80s,90s were pretty darn good.

I think that the 80’s and 90’s were because that is when Alternative rock started up and became popular. Also alot of other great bands started then.

OMG the 90’s all the way!! I ws just talking to my friend saying they should get all the good 90’s bands together and have a concert!!! that would be one hell of a concert!

I think my Ipod is like more then 50% of the 90’s bands on there. They need to bring that kinda music back!

The best era in music is actually all of them because each musician learned from an earlier great musician and advanced it to another music form.

The best era is from about 1930 to about 1945. After about 1945 it all started to go pear-shaped, altho’ we do have some nice music from the 1950s. After that, forget it.

The 60’s of course, and the 90’s.

music cannot be quantified. It changes with the times and emulates the sound of life. Music is good if someone likes it.

I totally agree! And 90s music is the best music our generation could possibly listen to.

To be fair, theres a reason why iTunes has a standard playlist labeled 90’s music, and no other decade got that recognition.

Tough call. Hard to compare the great bebop of the 1950’s with great rock and roll of the 1960’s.
