endurance for cheer

im really doing a lot on my cheerleading routine this year. how do I build up the stamina and endurance and strength to get through tumbling,jumping,stunting, and the routinee all together lol. must I add im doing a lot of tumbling.

really the only way to build up aerobic endurance is to run-a lot. once you are out of breath, keep going for five minutes minimum. if its muscle building you are after, try lifting weight-if your school has a gym or there is one in your area you can go to, a lot of the machines are helpful if you arent comfortable with using free weights. also, I found some workout videos helpful- I was actually a fan of some yoga videos for building up strength and endurance, and pilottis can be an intense workout. videos also work if you are self conscious about working out around people.
