People have been predicting the end of time since before the time of christ

I agree with darhino89. People said the same thing about the end of the world in the 1930’s, as the Great Depression started and leaders like Hitler and Mussolini emerged.

The Left Behind series is fiction, not fact. There are no “End Times”, there is no Anti-Christ, and there will be no climactic battle at Armageddon. This is all pure fantasy.

not even people have been saaying the worlds going to end since the dawn of human creation and if it would have end well it shuold have ended in 1929 or 2000 or in the years of 1940’s these same predictions were said in the days for years and nothing has happen

you could find many points in history that fit this same criteria. you are delusional if you think the world is going to end. its just going to keep turning and turning and turning.

Im not predicting it, im just asking. If the Bible is true no1 can predict it so it doesnt matter if the world didnt end in 1929, 1930, 1940 or 2000. It seems worse than it did in them years, There might have been a black monday once every decade, now it seems to be every monday. I just think with they way the world is going in general, like predicted in the Bible, I just dont think its that far off, it could be 1 or 50years I dont no. I just want to be prepared for when it does happen.

It may get substantially worse before it gets better, but it will get better. In the mean time, brace for a possible deep credit contraction. The way you do that is by having as little debt as you can. You don’t want to be paying back debt with deflated money.

If you’re an investor, you do want to get repaid with deflated money. The way you do that is to buy government debt - Treasuries. You can buy zero coupon bonds, and invest the difference between the price and the final value in index LEAPs (long term options). If the market recovers in the interim, you make a potential killing on the LEAPs. If not, you get all your money back in 5-10 years the same as if you had held it in cash - which is a smart thing to do during times of deflation.
