Embarressed about sex noises

I plan on having sex with my boyfriend soon but I’m worried about making embarrassing sex noises. My friend told me that I shouldn’t be ashamed because it’s a compliment to the guy and shows that you’re enjoying yourself,but I can be self conscious at times and have just been made to think that noises like that are embarrassing. I’m a kooky person and make random noises anyway like I go rawr and meow when I’m making out with my boyfriend and he loves it. But I can control them. I just think it would be so weird to be moaning etc. at such close range to the other person,especially since I doubt my boyfriend would make much noise because he’s really good at containing his horny-ness and being discreet! I’m the opposite! lol
