Emancipation Alternative?

I live with my mom, but my grandparents have legal custody of me. I can not live with my grandparents because they just moved into senior housing.

Now in New Hampshire you can not get emancipated, but, can it be possible if I ask them to become an “Adult by law” or is there anyway they can give up custody of me?

Please I would really like some help.

The best thing I can tell you is to contact your local Juvenile court and ask them what the option with your situation would be, just explain everything and ask them if you could set up an appointment with the judge or if they would know how to talk to someone that can help you with this legal matter.
