Emancipation

My boyfriend has a really bad home life his mom hits him all the time and the police can not do anything about it, does anybody now where I can get any information about emancipation for him, please he really need this information.

When SHE called? Why didnt HE call, since he was the one that was getting abused? They still have to fill out a report.

What do you mean “the police can NOT do anything about it? Is that what hes telling you? I know for a fact that if the police were called because an adult was being physically abusive to a minor, they WOULD take action!! They dont just let those types of situations go.

well I was there when she called the police and becuase there was no marks on him they could do nothing!!!
