Generally, if you have a phone carrier like Verizon if you send a picture to your email from your phone it will have and address like this for verizon that you can attach a picture to and send it.

you just set your number @vzwpix.com and then attach a picture and send it. Thats only if you have verizon, most phones that allow texting allow you to send a text to an email and probably the same back so this method should work.

You have to have e-mail on the phone. So you have to have a smart phone, an iPhone, or a phone like a sidekick. Hope I helped. :)
