Elbow problem?

well, I’m not positively sure what’s wrong with my elbow. I’m a swimmer so I use my elbow a lot. pretty sure it’s not from a blunt injury of some type. if I’m leaning on my hand, with my elbow on a desk (like at the computer) sometimes my elbow will lock up, and I’ll almost have to pop it back into place. I’ve had this for about 6 months now, but I never know when it’s going to happen. if I put my elbow out straight I can definitely hear it grind a lot more than my good elbow. I’m some what of diagnosed it as osteochondritis dissecans but not sure. any idea of what it could be?? please help

It could be a RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) known as “tennis elbow” or as lateral epicondylitis, which is the medical term for it. This type of injury can occur when you do a lot of work involving lifting at the elbow or repetitive movements at the wrist.

Treatments for this sort of injury may include exercises and stretches, physiotherapy, local steroid injections, and/or surgical intervention in the more extreme cases. However, most people improve with non-surgical treatment.

I suggest you see your local GP (General Practitioner) as they will have the proper resources to diagnose you properly; they have access to x-rays, ultrasounds, and other necessary medical tests.

YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR WEENIS!!! you cant go around just exposing it to everyone and everything you pass. keep it away from danger. weenises dont grow on trees. dont let people touch it unless your comfortable. keep it well moisturized. keep it tucked away until your ready. but make sure it gets to breathe

hope I helped.

I love you.
