Eetting emancipated..

Im 15 and I live in Amarillo, Tx. I love my parents and they decided they want to move to Portland, Oregon. I dont want to move with them because im in a school I love and I know where im going in life. How do I get emancipated from them?

You cannot emancipate yourself from your parents just because there leaving to Oregon and you want to stay in amarillo. You can try to go to a judge but they may think it’s stupid and may not even see the case. You have to be financially stable, have a house to live. Pretty much just dependable on yourself and no one else
