The vagina is a self-cleaning organ and it usually only has an awful ordor like that if the girl has some sort of an infection. If it’s red/looks irritated, or if she’s been having itching or burning, then chances are she has something like a yeast infection. Maybe have her try some Vagisil. There are many different products to choose from, including cleansing wipes. If that wouldn’t work, have her see a gynecologist.
