peanut butter and jam sandwich, , turkey sandwich, cereal, toast and spread cheese, try melting cheddar cheese on toast it’s sooo good i love it, scrambled eggs, pancakes, waffles <3 WITH ORANGE JUICE or MILK on the side, maybe coffee it depends <3 oh and an apple afterwards (apples are like coffee, they keep you up :P) lol i simply said the things i like 0:-)

I reckon it depends on what you eat for lunch or dinner or both,say you eat salads and reasonable healthy food for lunch/dinner…?… then a fry up breakfast is ok….Eat unhealthy food for lunch/dinner…?… then for breakfast try a healthy all bran cereal healthy thing.It is about a bit of everything and not too much of one thing in ya diet,to me equals a healthy diet.

Green apple, green tea with some cereal and maybe some milk and a cheese sandwich..SO GOOD :P and i reccomend that you don’t skip breakfast its the most important meal of the day afterall,right :)

To bad boy vibes: Yes I meant all of them. It’s the most important meal of the day. I work out alot so I burn it off plus work at my job. You could be right that it’s a little much for some, but for me, I need “fuel”

Oatmeal, bannana, yogurt and in season, I like diced fresh mango with raspberrys. Or bagel with cream cheese.

I eat high protein breakfast with added legumes for fiber. Think 2 x boiled eggs chopped up, mixed with half a cup of lentils, spices and one spoon of mayo. You can add avo as well. This keeps you full and promotes weight loss. REmember to eat lots of veggies, the rawer the better. avoid eating to much fruit…they still have sugar - depending on what your goal is?
