It would be seriously hard to get into either. Especially F1. Most F1 drivers start a very young age in competitive karting, and move onto to lower formulas, such as Formula 3 or Formula 3000, or one the Renault Series, you might then work up to something like GP2, and if you’re lucky enough you might get a test drive for an F1 team. It also requires a serious amount of money and sponsorship, just competing in a lower formula costs hundreds of thousand, and then there’s the licenses you need. Getting into F1 is immensly freaking difficult.
