How can you ease nerves before a powerpoint presentation?

Tomorrow I have to present this assignment on a powerpoint that I did for Spanish class and I’m nervous as hell. It’s totally different than reading a story you wrote off a piece of paper like in English class. I just don’t know exactly what to expect which is why I’m so super nervous. Anyone have any advice or any tips on being less nervous?

Practice in the mirror, and/or in front of your family and friends. The more you do it, the more you will get used to it…and become less nervous. Also, before you start…take some deep breaths to calm yourself.

Go through it a few times at home…when you are walking somewhere….when you are eating breakfast….when you are riding the bus to school….just go over it a few times and look up…smile and speak with a loud, clear voice…hope this helps =)

Hard liquor? But not to much.. Lol nah scrap that hun, thats horrible advice (..or is it?>:)) um have fun with it, dont EVA EVA try to rush it move at your own pace and i guess learn to enjoy the spotlight;) some people are just born with natural charisma, and some aren’t but that doesnt mean you cant work on it…

just think that all d persons in front of u in d hall r IDIOTS… and speak confedently.. It ‘ll work… practise it on ur terrace imaging u have many people in front of u…
