Ear Gauge size?

What Kind Of Object Is The Same Size As A 00? A Sharpie?

Answer #1

if you want to save money use eletrical tape and a heavy gauge you have just put like two wraps around the gauge every other day I want from 7/16 to 5/8 in a week but you need a heavy gauge it will streach it fast!!

Answer #2

sharpie lids are about 7/16 maybe a little more. I have double zeros in at the moment and im stretching it up with a sharpie lid and then adding electrical tape :). it doesn’t do anything to your ears if you take the ghetto way, you don’t need to spend a lot of money on tapers that you will use for a month at most , I’ve always used pencils, pen grips and lids or any other taper’d item around the house

Answer #3

jazlovestoskate is incorrect your ear can deff. be healed by now, earlobes take only 4 weeks to heal and can be healed faster by taking vitamins and making sure it is clean everyday and applying neosporin helps it too, cartilage piercings take 3-9 months to heal not lobes

Answer #4

00 I believe a sharpie is a little bigger not by much though so I think you’ll be able to push it through im at 7/16 going on 1/2

Answer #5

Yeah I think sharpies are like exaclty 00 size, or I could be thinking of a different marker but I no there is a marker that’s that size. And don’t listen to those people about only using steel for your ears. Personally I never use stainless steel or whatever. Its because my lobes are sensative to metal and I like to use plastic plugs for my ears.

Answer #6

you shouldnt stick anything else in your ears, especially if its not the appropriate jewelrey/spacers, ect and you should never gauge them with anything else because a wound cant heal if you stick a sharpie or something else in it the best thing to have in your wound/piercing is surgical steel so just buy some surgical steel spacers especially if the wound/piercing is new or youve recently gauged it

Answer #7

srsly just wait till you have the money. I think waiting is better than ruining your ear. dont you XD? :].

Answer #8

but I have a 3/4 in one ear but a 0 in the other.. I’ve done it plenty of times I don’t know lol

Answer #9

Stick a D size battery in your ear!!!

I dare you, lol. :)

Answer #10

at 3 weeks its not healed any piercing (excluding gentile piercings) take at least 3 months to heal, this includes the ears

Answer #11

well I’ve had it for 3 weeks and its healed I just need a 00 but I have no money

Answer #12

Just google image it.

Answer #13

Honestly, I’m a wiz with spacers and I say they’re healed once you can take it out, spin it and move it around with no pain or pressure.

You don’t always need steel in your ears, hell I had chapstick lids! I always used at home things for stretching them bigger, but once I decided to stay at a size for a long time I’d invest in real spacers. :)

Such a great way to stretch them is by buying electrical tape, and removing your spacer and covering it twice around with tape. You can do this every few days OR DEPENDING ON YOUR BODY DON’T GO FASTER! For me I can do this every day and be fine, but for some that would cause your ears to rip or snap!

Vaseline is a great lube and makes spacing them easier ! Just addin that in :P
