How much would this tattoo roughly cost?

okay so Christmas is coming up. and my one year with my boyfriend. and his bday. and I’m totally stressing on what to get him. he’s wanted this gold/white gold neck chain for a long time it’s about $250 and I wanna get that for our one year. and I know that he really wants a tattoo of an eagal with it’s wings spread open, with lots of detail (his dad has it. and so did he gpa who’s dead) we live in a small town and I was wondering if any one had annnyyy idea of how much this would cost. I know it carries but I’d like to know if this is closer to like $100 or like $700… any ideas?!

if it was small like the length of one of your fingers and in black and white it would probably cost around 100. Anything bigger would go up and if you added color it would be even more.
