leggings, jeans, shorts, skirts? anything thats plain?
Is it like a flannel shirt or just a regular t-shirt, or what? If it is flannel, I think you should wear cutoff denim shorts (maybe cuffed at the bottom) along with it. Pair those with white fancy flip flops & jewelry. Maybe a necklace & dangly earrings. Skinny jeans & boots would work with it too, but the weather might be too hot out for that. Jean shorts or black leggings would be cute. Or maybe like jeggings with knee high boots but that’s kinda stripper-y.
