Why are dreams so realistic sometimes?

Answer #1

I’m not sure, but it’s not always a bad thing :D

Good question, this is only a guess but I believe that my body is trying to tell me something important. Probably on a subconscious level because I can not begin to interpret what it means. We have to dream, it could mean nothing or it could be some kind of subliminal message that causes us to do something when we are awake.

About dreams, we all dream some of us remember it & some of us dont…it’s just the way it is. Some are messages and some are merely issues like conflicts which we have in our daily lives. Some can also be warning signs…like when you may be ill, and your body is trying to say please focus on this…or calm down because your too fast paced for it.
Regardless of what it is that you dream of, it doesnt mean that it refers to the same thing.

There are so many different interpretations for the dreams we have…it’s why man created so many books on dream interpretations. Same with only sites…yes my friends, there are sites online you can access & actually look up what the things in your dreams are about if you can actually write them down once you remember them.

I used to have so many odd dreams til I said ok, enough I need to know why i am dreaming of such & such. I would try to remember every detail in the dream for in dreams, every detail is attached to one another, so every detail matters when trying to interpret it.

if you have a dream of someone or something chasing you write it down…like this… what time frame did it occur in, the past present or future, which will explain if it is something that happened, is about to happen or will happen in the future. also write down whom or what is chasing you…that will explain whom or what that particular thing is ex: an old woman(can represent a loved one, a grandmother, mother, sister, aunt, or even yourself in the future…a man, the exact opposite. Your grandfather, father, brother or uncle…) now try to remember where you are being chased…in an alley, an old home, running from a room to another or simply a long road in the middle of no where…for every place means something else when interpreting your dreams…like doors, windows as well… they all have different meaning…is the area clean or dirty…full of furniture or empty like an old warehouse…every detail means something…so try your best to remember & write it down as you saw it from the beginning to end like a grocery list what happened first then second then third & so on…that way when interpreting, you can really turn that dream into a true meaning.

Hope this helped…if you need any help funmail me anytime. I will try to help in any way I can.

Good Luck.

i had one of these situations last week, this is a complete guess but i think because like its something you really want to happen in real life (well for me since it was a good dream about a guy i like) but if you have a dream about like being chased by a psycho and obviously you’re afraid of psychos (assumingly so) so in your like real mind you’re scared so you feel scared in real life too so then it makes the dream become more realistic. sorry if that made no sense.

I have my ideas. I think that sometimes things that weigh heavy on your mind influences our dreams. Also, sometimes if I have watched a program on TV or am watching something on TV and fall asleep, I will often dream about that. Also, if you have experienced traumatic events in your life, you might surely experience some traumatic dreams. Maybe that is why some of our dreams seem so realistic,…because they are just that, real, to us.
